Bodhi’s Last Summer Tourney

This past weekend marked the end of an awesome chapter—Bodhi’s last summer soccer tournament in Mitchell, South Dakota. What a ride it’s been! From early morning games to late-night pool time, this tournament was one for the books.

We’ve had such a fun time with the traveling team this season. Between the hotel hangs, the laughs, and the endless energy, it was more than just soccer—it was a mini vacation with some of our favorite families. The kids played their hearts out on the field, then recharged with pool time and playtime with friends (which, let’s be honest, was half the fun!).

Bodhi has absolutely loved playing under Coach Tony this season. It’s been such a positive experience—one that he’ll carry with him as he moves up to the next age division in the fall. And we love the skittles as a pick-me-up before the games. It’s bittersweet knowing this chapter is closing, but we’re so proud of how far he’s come.

Even though the team just missed the championship game due to point differentials, they played incredibly well all weekend. Bodhi scored quite a few goals and showed so much growth and confidence. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it!

And of course, Leo was along for the adventure too—he had his own big moment conquering a hotel water slide for the first time and got to experience Cabella’s for the first time. Safe to say it was a hit.
