We spent the day in Sioux Falls at the Air National Guard Base for the Sioux Falls Air Show, and it was an unforgettable experience.

The boys loved exploring the aircraft on display and spending time in the activity area, but the highlight of the day was watching the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. Thanks to Marge’s cousin, Kathy, we were able to enjoy the show from the VIP tent, where we had a great view and a welcome break from the sun. Watching the Thunderbirds perform up close was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

After the show, Leo and Bodhi were thrilled to meet some of the pilots and collect their autographs. That excitement has continued at home—Leo hasn’t stopped flying his toy airplanes, and Bodhi has been filling pages with airplane drawings.

It was such a special day!
