It was a big week for these boys and soccer!
Bodhi wrapped up his rec season after a weekend full of soccer, finishing with a tough one-goal loss in the championship game against his best friend’s team. His heart was pretty broken, but I was so proud of how hard he played.
Then Tuesday night, we celebrated the end of Noah’s high school soccer season at the team banquet. Noah was voted Most Improved by his teammates and coaches, and after receiving his award, he grabbed the microphone to thank his best friends, Sam and Bennet, for pushing him to try out in the first place.
I love watching these boys work hard, fall in love with a sport, and grow along the way. The next three years with Noah and five with Bodhi are going to be so much fun!
